Who we are:

Our purpose is to provide and enhance opportunities for future generations of construction professionals.

Our beliefs:

The growing number of projects, combined with a continuing shortfall of construction management graduates each year and the aging-out of current professionals, is creating a national shortfall in the number of educated and trained construction managers.

At the same time, this shortfall presents a significant opportunity for our youngsters, in terms of educational and employment horizons. However, unless we take proactive steps to ensure that current and future construction professional positions can be filled, the potential for growth in the construction industry will be seriously hampered.

To help enhance this potential growth, we plan to:

  • Work for the enhancement of university construction management curricula.

  • Provide economic support to students pursuing a construction related degree.

  • Increase elementary, middle and high school students’ awareness of, and respect for, the construction industry, which means programming such as:

    • Job Shadowing

    • Crafts Training

    • Apprenticeships

    • Construction Curriculum

    • Summer Construction Boot Camps

    • Learning-Through-Fun

    • Internships
